Be the best man.
Not the bank.

Pick the weekend. The Desk takes the plan, the table, the rooms — and the part where you chase eight people for money.

The slate

Booked before you land.

Scouted, held, and paid from the pot. You pick. Everyone else just shows up.

The pot

One pot. No check.

The crew pays in once. The Desk books against it. Nobody fronts a dime.

No credit card required.

A concierge for the weekend, in your pocket.

You pick the dates. The Desk — a real person — scouts the houses, holds the tables and contracts the transport, and brings each line back to you for a yes. The crew funds one pot, and every booking is paid from it.

Free to hold. No card. You’ll have a link for the crew inside a minute.

How it works

You do the toast. We do the rest.

Five quiet moves take a group chat to a booked weekend. You make the first one — the Desk makes the rest, and the ledger accounts for every dollar without you chasing one.

The invite

One link gathers the crew. Nobody signs up to answer — they see the weekend, the seats and their share, and claim a spot with a name and a tap.

  • No account needed to claim a seat
  • Pick a destination or poll the crew
  • Simple deposit claims a seat

The pot

A deposit claims your seat — fully refundable until the trip locks. When the crew hits its number, the trip locks, the pot opens, and every dollar in it belongs to the trip — nobody fronts for anybody.

  • One pot for the whole trip
  • No chasing friends on Venmo
  • Payment plans only you know

The Desk

A person — not a bot — scouts the weekend and brings you an approval for each line: the house, the tables, the boat. You say yes or pass, and whatever you approve is booked within the day.

  • Active trip management
  • Experienced travel advisors
  • AI-enabled tech

The ledger

Every dollar is accounted for, on a ledger the whole crew can read. Deposits in, bookings out, a running balance that’s always current — no spreadsheets, and nobody chasing anybody for money.

  • Every dollar on the ledger
  • Always know what’s available
  • Return extra funds at trip-end

The receipt

Somebody always ends up paying for something on their own card — the cars, the ice, the round nobody planned. He snaps the receipt, the host taps approve, and it lands on the ledger as a crew expense. His share goes down by what he fronted. Nobody Venmos anybody.

  • Snap it, the host approves it
  • Credited on his seat, never paid out to him
  • Split the way the crew agreed

The fee

Twenty-five dollars a seat, and the weekend is staffed.

$25per person

And your entire weekend is handled.

Holding a date is free, and nothing is charged until the pot opens. For the price of one round, every table is held, every booking is made, and every dollar stays where the whole crew can see it.

The pot itself is your trip money — $25 a seat, and $6 a payment if you split yours, is the only part that is ours. If the trip never locks, every dollar goes back. All of it.

$250of travel costs

Your first $250 of travel costs are on us.

Lock a weekend now and the Desk opens your crew’s pot with $250 already in it — spent like every other dollar, on the weekend, in front of everyone.

One per crew, applied when your first pot opens. No cash value · non-transferable · expires 12 months from claim. The nearest dates go first. Full terms in the app.

Where would you like to friend-trip?

Cabo

A fly-to bachelor weekend averages $2,000 a person — The Knot’s number, and the line the Desk quotes against. Three days and three nights, staffed end to end, fees in.

Questions

The ones every host asks.

What does it cost to hold a weekend?

Nothing. A hold is free, and nothing is charged until the pot opens.

What actually happens when I hold a weekend?

The weekend goes on the board in your name and you get a link for the crew straight away — on the same screen, and in your inbox so it survives a closed tab. Nothing is owed, nothing is booked, and nobody is contacted but you.

Do my friends need an account to claim a seat?

No. They open the link, put in a name and they are in. No password, no download, no card. An account only appears later, for the men who are putting money in.

Where does the money sit?

In your crew’s pot — processed and held by Stripe. Every move it makes posts to a ledger the whole crew can read. Brigata never holds your money; we direct it.

Is Brigata a bank?

No. Brigata is software. The pot sits at Stripe; money leaves it two ways — to the vendors your crew approves, or back to the card it came from. No deposits, no interest, no lending.

What if someone bails?

Before the trip locks, their deposit goes straight back. After it locks, their deposit stays in the crew’s pot — that’s what keeps everyone else’s share from moving — and the Desk re-scales the plan to the crew that’s left. No one’s share changes without a yes.

What if the trip dies?

If it never locks, every dollar goes back where it came from — all of it, automatically. After lock, the pot settles back everything the Desk hasn’t already paid out.

What will the Desk actually book?

Rooms, tables, boats, tee times, cars — if it can be reserved, the Desk can run it.

Are you a travel agency?

Brigata is the software. The booking is done by the Desk — real travel advisors working inside your crew’s plan, at the vendor’s price. Every charge lands on the ledger.

What about flights?

Flights never touch the pot — everybody books their own seat. If your crew wants them handled, ask the Desk.

How fast does this move?

Holds are confirmed within a day, and most weekends are fully booked within a week of funding.

Is there an app?

Yes, and you get to it without one. Holding a weekend and claiming a seat both work in the browser with no account. You only make one when there is money to protect — and it is a web app, so there is nothing to download.
